VCR allows the REGISTRATION of sales, prepayments, and refunds with the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
How to use
Manual mode
Register trade operations directly in the VCR system interface. To operate VCR, all you need is a device (for example, a smartphone or laptop) with a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and internet access. see
Auto mode
Use the API for automatic registration of trade operations. Connect the cash register to your system. We do not charge an extra fee for this. see

Login to VCR[sign in]
Create your business entity in the VCR system
Create a cash register in the VCR system (it will be attached to the selected entity).
Using the 'Electronic Reporting System' (file-online.taxservice.am), submit an application for the registration of a new electronic cash register[see]
Initialize the cash register in the VCR system (enter data about the cash register, cashiers, and departments)
Start using the VCR service
